Following the devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28, 2025, to aid earthquake victims, Myanmar Consul-General in Nanning received (100) cartons of Seamild brand Oatmeal worth of yuan (25,941) donated by Guangxi Hezhou SEAMILD Biological Food Co. Ltd organized by Ven. Qianze, the abbot of Qixia Monastery who received the of Saddhamma Jotika title from Myanmar, on 13-5-2025. She also received RMB (500,000) donated by Liuzhou Foreign Affairs Office, and RMB (67,500) donated by Department of Ecology and Environmental Conservation of Guangxi, and the Consul-General presented the Letters of Appreciations respectively.
On 21-5-2025, with the coordination of the Myanmar Consulate-General, a total weight of 0.7 tons of Seamild brand Oatmeal were delivered via Cargo Flight No. UB8504 operating from Nanning to Yangon.
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, the donated items were handed over by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to U Kyaw Zayar Win, Director of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement on 22-5-2025. The items will be promptly distributed to the affected peoples in the earthquake-stricken areas.
